PART of the county's free business advice service has formally changed its name to become the Cumbria Rural Enterprise Agency (CREA).
Formerly Business Link (Eden and South Lakeland), the new CREA identity aims to make its services, including grant-giving, more obviously available to rural businesses.
CREA chief executive Bob Clerk said: "We have become much more rural focussed in recent years, and our name needs to reflect that.
"We will continue to deliver all the range of services of Business Link, with the additional advantage of specialising in rural issues, at a time when it is most obviously needed in Cumbria."
