GRANGE Town Council is to recommend refusal of plans for a 'take-away' in an existing shop in Post Office Chambers, Main Street.
Councillors on Monday voiced concern about the proposals, which also include the sale of hot and cold drinks and snacks for consumption on the premises as well as a take-away facility.
They felt that the plans would result in a close juxtaposition of two front doors, with neighbours possibly being troubled by noise, litter and cooking smells.
