KENDAL Town dropped to third in the UniBond league First Division after losing at Bamber Bridge on Saturday.
Bridge, second from bottom prior to Saturday's match, scored through a Honour breakaway after 26 minutes then, as manager Peter Smith had predicted, they would the home side then defended in depth and hung on to their advantage.
Tomorrow night (Tuesday) Town have a chance to make amends, however, when third from bottom Guiseley visit Parkside (Kick-off 7.45pm).
