A FAST-FOOD delivery driver was robbed at knifepoint after making a delivery in Lancaster.
The man had returned to his van in Haylot Square at around 9.15pm on Saturday when he was approached by two thieves who demanded money.
He attempted to drive off but the van stalled and one thief grabbed him and dragged him out of the vehicle before pulling what appeared to be a glazier's or pallet knife.
He lashed out at the driver and slashed him on the wrist. The victim then handed over £40 in cash from his pocket.
The first thief is described as white, in his 20s, five feet 10 inches tall and slim, with stubble. He was wearing a black or dark blue beany' type hat and black or navy bubble jacket with an Adidas motif. He also had a scar on his right eyebrow.
The second man in also white and in his 20s, a little shorter abd clean-shaven, wearing a three-quarter length, light jacket, possibly yellow in colour.
