THE company behind the riverside redevelopment of the former AXA Insurance offices in Kendal is keen to develop more projects in Cumbria.
Crosby Homes, which has transformed Sand Aire House into luxury apartments, is being restructured, resulting in the creation of 10 new jobs.
Under the changes, two new companies have been formed. Crosby Homes Special projects will specialise in city centre developments, while Crosby Homes (North West) will concentrate on the traditional luxury homes market.
Andy Brady, regional chairman of the new companies, said Cumbria was a "target location" for Crosby, which would seek to "capitalise on every opportunity to increase our presence in the area."
Crosby is part of the Berkeley Group, said to be one of the country's largest urban regenerators.
