Trendsetters from the word go, Mouth Music have a lot to answer for. Their cultural Afro-Gaelic trip hopping continues to redfine Celtic music.
It's an exhuberant collision between Gaelic song, world music and soaring vocals, fiddle, guitars, flutes, whistles, pipes, shawms, djembe and much more.
Described as "trippy and cool" by Time Out, the central character in the set up is Martin Swan, who has put together an accomplished six piece band.
