THE JOCKEYS and not the horses will be running at Carlisle races over the Easter holiday.
A special jockeys' furlong and a half foot race in aid of Racing Welfare takes place at the Bank Holiday meeting.
Saturday's showpiece race is the £20,000 Tote Placepot Hurdle, while the £8,000 John Dixon Handicap Chase is the main event on Monday (first race 2.05pm on both days).
