A SERIES of workshops and seminars is to be staged countywide by the Rural Women's Network, which gives business and training support for women.
The first event takes place tomorrow (Saturday, May 3) at the Castle Green Hotel, Kendal, from 10am to 12 noon.
Workshops include writing an effective CV with trainer Julia Oliphant and Can IT work for you with Lancaster University, which will show the business benefits of using information technology.

A network meeting will be held on May 8 at the Westmorland County Showground, Lane Farm, Crooklands, looking at work/life balance with life coach Fiona Reed.
