INGLETON Middle School has got a prestigious Sportsmark award from Sport England.
Sportsmark is a national accreditation scheme that sets a range of challenging targets with the focus on providing a well-balanced physical education programme and an out of schools programme that offers students access to a range of opportunities and sporting links with the local community. Deputy head Chris Leeming said the school gave all students an opportunity to be active and involved in sport.
"We have welcomed this opportunity to review our PE and sporting provision and are delighted to receive recognition for the wide range of opportunities we provide for all our students."
