THREE people have been charged with murder following the death of Londoner John William Harvey, whose smouldering body was found near Killington Lake.
Savvas Haji Petri, 51, and Theodosi Savvas Petri, 20, both of Northaw, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, and Terence Leonard Cook, 53, of Westhoughton, Lancashire, were charged on Saturday with murder and conspiracy to commit murder after being questioned by officers in the two counties.
A 49-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man have been released without charge.
