A powerful Kendal A XV swept aside Windermere 51-13 in the Westmorland and Furness Cup final at Dawes Meadow on Saturday.
After an hour's delay because Kendal failed to turn up for the widely advertised starting time of 1pm, the final proved one-sided.
Kendal always dominated and scored seven tries with Luke Ladell notching a hat-trick.
A Chris Sansom penalty briefly put Windermere ahead in the first half, but the points began to pile up for the visitors and the sending-off of scrum-half Dan Nield early in the second half did not help the home side's cause.
Other tries for Kendal came from Nigel Pearson, Craig Wilson, James Hadwin and Dan Stephens.
Simon Cole scored Windermere's solitary touchdown.
