Veggies from Lancashire, Yorkshire and Cumbria are as fresh as you can get many are Organic too. Sausage and bacon, cheeses, damson (and other) liqueurs, puddings (Christmas and otherwise), cakes (Christmas and otherwise), beer, gammon, beef for boxing day and (new years day in my house!) .
Did I mention beer?
Having a staff do at work? Find somewhere doing local turkey, seasonal vegetables and home made sweets. If you do go to the pub, make sure it serves local beer, but DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE.
