A KENDAL businessman and 450 of his pint-sized regulars are preparing to fight plans to paint yellow lines near his fun factory, which he claims could cause him to close.
Owner of Fun For Kids Andrew Kaye (pictured right) said his indoor play area could soon be not so fun for kids if parking restrictions near his Parkside Road business get the go ahead.
Mr Kaye, who has run the play centre for ten years, fears proposals for double yellow lines will make if difficult for parents to park.
"I've been here for a decade, and I want to be here for another decade," said father-of-six Mr Kaye. "But if this goes ahead it is likely to put me out of business."
The businessman has collected 450 signatures objecting to the lines, which he submitted to Cumbria County Council.
