A SELF-EMPLOYED cockler appeared before Lancaster magistrates after it was alleged he led a group into Morecambe Bay, sparking an emergency rescue.
Calvin Scott pleaded not guilty to contravening Health and Safety regulations on April 18 last year after allegations he led the group including his 16-year-old son out.
Scott, of Slackleys Lane, Southport, will next appear before magistrates on April 15.
