A HIGH street estate agent's first property auction saw £1.9 million in homes go under the hammer in one day.
Farrell Heyworth based in Lancaster and Morecambe sold more than 20 homes across North Lancashire and South Cumbria at the firm's first-ever auction.
More than 300 people attended the event at the Marriott Hotel in Preston. Farrell Heyworth will be announcing a second auction in the spring.
