St Martins College has launced a new website (www.ucsm.ac.uk/cme/) for the school of culture, media & the environment at where you can find out about the unique new BA Hons. New Media Arts starting at the Lancaster campus this Sept.

The program will be housed in a custom-built Mac- based facility and will teach students how to express themselves creatively using new technologies such as animation, web design, digital video and installation. With the northwest leading the way nationally in creative Industries growth, this kind of course offers students a really exciting career ahead.

The course leaders are Karen Guthrie, a practicing artist and film-maker ( www.somewhere.org.uk) and Jez Colclough, who is a writer.
