EVER fancied dangling off the side of the Ashton Memorial?
Any daredevils can now live their dream and abseil down the side of the famous building in Williamson Park next month and raise cash for the blind at the same time.
The Royal National Institute of the Blind are organizing the event on Sunday, March 13 with around 200 people getting the chance to experience the thrill of going over the edge.
There are still a few places available for those daredevils looking to start the New Year with a thrill.
It costs £10 to enter but a minimum of £100 must be raised in sponsorship or donations.
All funds go towards supporting the Royal National Institute of the Blind and its work with children and adults with sight problems.
Anyone wishing to take part should contact the events team on 07980-285540.
