A GARDEN shed was totally destroyed after it was deliberately set on fire in Lancaster.
Two fire crews raced to the scene in Hammerton Hall Close at 7.20pm on Monday but the wooden shed was well alight when fire-fighters arrived.
The shed was burned out and there was heat damage to fascia boards, guttering and the uPVC patio doors of the house. Police are investigating.
Meanwhile, More-cambe fire-fighters put out a rubbish fire at Torrisholme Cemetery at 10pm on Monday.
