TWO men charged with manslaughter following the deaths of four rail workers in Tebay will enter pleas at Carlisle Crown Court next month.
Mark Connolly, 47, of Coed Ana, in Anglesey, and Roy Kennett, 27, of Old Mill Road, Maidstone, will face the court on March 22 for a hearing where a trial date will be set.
Inquests into the deaths of the four railway workers - Chris Waters, 53, of Morecambe, Colin Buckley, 49, and Darren Burgess, 30, both from Carnforth, and Gary Tindall, 46, of Tebay - cannot take place until after the trial.
