ON-THE-SPOT fines are to be dished out to young troublemakers, Lancashire constabulary has announced.
Youngsters aged 10 to 15 could be given penalty notices of up to £40 if caught for offences such as vandalism or harassment.
And parents and guardians who do not pay will be threatened with jail as part of a year-long pilot schemes designed to target juveniles who display anti-social behaviour.
