LANCASTER City fans' favourite Jamie Hughes is back at the Giant Axe and is in the squad for Saturday's game at Altrincham.
And he is likely to feature in the big Lune derby with Morecambe in the FA Trophy next week.
Hughes, who plundered 32 goals for the Dolly Blues last season, played in Sweden after quitting City.
He has been playing at Conference outfit Northwich Victoria but Lancaster boss Phil Wilson has persuaded the Vics to let Hughes return to the Giant Axe, initially for a month.
"It's great news," says Wilson. "Especially as Tony Sullivan is out for a while with his ankle injury."
Sullivan was rushed to the Royal Lancaster Infirmary last Tuesday night during the Trophy replay win over Vauxhall Motors with a suspected broken ankle.
But X-rays revealed the striker has suffered only bruising and ligament damage.
"It's better than we feared," adds Wilson. "Bit Sulli will still be out for around a month."
