STAGE hands have launched an appeal for a baby's pram to feature in a show at The Dukes in Lancaster.
The theatre's next production is Blue Remembered Hills by Dennis Potter, set in the 1940s. It call for a pram from the era a coach built carriage much heavier than today's styles.
The Dukes wants to buy or hire a suitable pram off anyone who has one available.
In the play, seven seven-year-olds are mucking about in the countryside and one of the little girls has a pram to play with. But as the children are all played by adults the pram needs to be full-sized and not a toy. To help, call the Dukes on 01524-598505.
