A MAN had to be rescued from Esk Pike, Langdale, after becoming lost in mist on Friday afternoon. The Birmingham man, who had become benighted, was rescued by 14 members of the Langdale and Ambleside Mountain Rescue Team. Keswick Mountain Rescue Team also assisted in the five hour search and rescue operation.
