E Short Story and Poetry Competition 2005 launched

Word Market and www.thisisthelakedistrict.co.uk Artists in Residence are teaming up again, following on the heels of the success of ESSP 2004.

The deadline is January 7, 2005 and winners will be announced and showcased at Word Market Festival, Feb 4 - 13, 2005 in Ulverston.

ESSP 2005 Theme: spaces

Entry Requirements: Short story: 750 words; Poem 30 lines.

Entry cannot have been previously published or entered in another competition.

Submit ONE story or poem only, by post on A4, one side only per page, no name visible on entry, single spaced, 12 point font, with a completed registration form to Kate Whiteside at The Westmorland Gazette.
