WINDERMERE businessman Tim Bell is planning to stand against Furness MP John Hutton in the next election.
He has launched the Build Duddon and More-cambe Bay Bridges Party in a bid to oust the sitting MP on the single issue of better transport links for Furness.
Mr Bell, who is currently renovating the Old Police Station in Dalton-in-Furness, stood in 2001 in the Westmorland and Lonsdale seat to campaign against the 10mph Windermere speed limit and canvassed 292 votes.
