WHEELY Bins are to be rolled out to an extra 9,500 homes in the Lancaster district.
he city council's Cabinet has approved the expansion of its three stream recycling and waste collection service to some 5,000 houses in the Torrisholme and Skerton areas in October next year.
Then, from March 2006, it will extand to nearly 4,500 households in rural North lancs villages from Over Kellet to Hornby and Gressingham to Glasson Dock.
