PREMIER Division pacesetters Kirkby Lonsdale were pushed all the way by a young Caton United side before running out 3-1 winners to maintain their place at the top of the league.

Pendle Dynamos won for the fifth time in six games in Division Three, Dan Butterworth scoring a hat trick in the 5-0 win over winless Grange Reserves, while another side without a point, AFC Moorlands, went down 4-1 to Burton Thistle Reserves.
