RUDE and crude but doubtless one of the most successful British comics of recent times, Roy Chubby' Brown is the subject of this week's tummy-tickling Prizetime.

Next month, The Sands Centre in Carlisle will play host to the outspoken Middlesbrough man for one night only as he delivers his own inimitable style of humour that his fans have come to know and expect.

For more than 25 years, the Chubby' joker (pictured) has been on the stand-up circuit and with audiences of more than 350,000 a year as well as box office and video smash-hits, he must be doing something right.

The show, on Friday, September 10, (7.30pm), will see him adding his own brand of humour to various well-known songs and addressing a number of topical, controversial issues.

Admired by men and adored by women, this gig is sure to end with rapturous applause so if you fancy a lively evening and you are not easily offended, I have three pairs of tickets (each ticket worth £18) up for grabs.
