A PARAGLIDER was treated for a dislocated finger and a possible head injury after being dragged into a wall during a take off near Dent on Saturday. The 52-year-old pilot from Leeds was paragliding at Dentdale with friends when the accident happened at around 3pm. He was assisted by members of Kendal Mountain Rescue Team and airlifted to the Royal Lancaster Infirmary by the North West Air Ambulance as a precaution.
