THE Kendal to Keswick Cycle Way can now be slightly improved after the Lake District National Park Authority declared one tiny piece of land at Brockhole Visitor Centre surplus to requirements.
Cumbria County Council was given a temporary licence over another adjoining piece.
The land, totalling about ten square metres, is likely to be cleared to improve visibility around the corner of the junction of the Brockhole road and the A591.
