KENDAL South Westmorland Rotary Club is hoping to put its five-valleys trek firmly on the charity walk map this year.
The 18-mile slog takes in Bannerdale, Longsleddale, Kentmere, Troutbeck and Ambleside and involves 2,800 feet of climbing.
Rotarian Alan Winstanley said the group hoped to attract about 150 walkers to the June 26 event.
"This is our third year of the Five Valleys Walk and this is the year we want to put the walk on the map," he said.
"Anyone can enter and this year we are hoping to attract around 150 walkers."
Entry is £10 and this year all funds will be donated to Derian House Children's Hospice.
Walkers can roll up to the starting line at Low Jock Scar on the A6 north of Kendal anytime between 7am and 9am.
Charity organisers are hoping walkers will park at the finish at Ambleside Rugby Club and take advantage of a £2 bus trip to the start at either 7.15am or 9.15am.
