A PLAY inspired by the lives of young women in rural areas is to be performed for local audiences for one night only.
On Pendle Hill by Maureen Lawrence is taking to the stage at Arkholme Village Hall next Thursday, June 10, at 7.30pm.
Performed by Blaize Theatre Company, the production is being hosted by the Rural Girls Network - a group of 13 to 18-year-olds from areas such as Carnforth, Wray and Caton, who meet and hold various activities and events.
Tickets cost £3 on the door or by contacting 01254-614965.
Proceeds will go towards future events staged by the Rural Girls Network.
