I AM worried to see that Ryelands Park is going to be illuminated.
While I can see that there might be a need for more safety in the park in this dangerous age, has the city council not heard of light pollution?
Does it not realise that wildlife matters too and we humans don't have the right to wipe it all off the face of the earth.
The lights must not make everything as bright as permanent day so birds and small animals can survive.
