FOR approximately one-third of the parishes in South Lakeland there are elections taking place on June 10.
After four years, the electorate will have to decide if they want to continue with existing councillors who are standing again, or vote in some new faces.
However, there will only be 12 elections, because in the remainder of the parishes or parish wards, there are either sufficient or more than enough candidates to fill all the seats.
The list of people standing for election to parish councils in the South Lakeland area is as follows. The numbers indicate how many seats in each parish, or parish ward, are up for election, and a capital E indicates if an election will be necessary.
