A BLAZE broke out at a derelict Kendal building yesterday (October 23).
Fire fighters were called to the boarded up building on Maude Street at around 10am yesterday morning.
Crews used hosereels to extinguish the fire, which is believed to have been started by people who had been sleeping in the building.
