MODELS strutted fashions from Ulverston shops last week as part of an annual event which aims to show the town at the cutting edge of style.
Ulverston Fashion Week saw shop owners get together to highlight just what makes the town so special.
The highlight was a fashion show at the Coronation Hall, where models – many of them students from Ulverston Victoria High School – hit the catwalk.
Clothes and accessories were provided by shops such as Pure, Boudoir Pink, and Working Class Heroes and Rushforth’s.
The latest looks for women ranged from leather boots to flamboyant umbrellas, and skin-tight jeans for men.
Rachel Weaver, of Two by Two, said: “Ulverston is unique as we don’t have any high street stores, only small independent shops, so the week is representative of what we all have to offer.”
