A FINAL decision on the future of the Penrith New Squares development will be made in open session at a Special Council Meeting on November 12.
The agenda for the meeting will include a report and presentation of the results of the public consultation before the full council considers a further report containing all the other relevant considerations.
The meeting will be held in the Penrith Methodist Church from 6.45pm.
