TOTS and their favourite bears put their balancing skills to the test to help raise funds for the BBC Children in Need appeal.
Tumble Tots - a physical play programme for children, which holds classes in Kendal, Ulverston and Lancaster - organised a sponsored Balance Challenge as part of National Children’s Activity Week (October 5-11).
Children brought along their teddy bears to help them with 10 different balancing activities including balancing on beams, balls and one leg.
“The children really enjoy the classes but this was an extra bit of a challenge for them,” said Rose Thompson, of Tumble Tots. “We hope to raise about £300.”
