FUNERALS for two of the men killed in the Tebay rail crash were held yesterday (Thursday). The service for Chris Walters, 53, from Morecambe, was held at the Methodist Church on Green Street, while the service for Carnforth's Colin Buckley, 49, was held at Lancaster Crematorium.
Darren Burgess, 30, from also Carnforth, will be buried today (Friday). Garry Tindall, 46, from Tebay, was buried last Saturday.
British Transport Police and the Health and Safety Executive continue to investigate the circumstances of their deaths after a runaway railway maintenance trolley ran them down as they worked the West Coast Main Line near Tebay on February 15.
