Three staff at the Low Wood Hotel, near Ambleside, won prizes in the Cumbria Tourist Skills Awards, run by Cumbria Tourist Board and North West Tourism Skills Network.
Management trainee Adam Summers collected 200 after winning his category for most impressive tourism trainee, while Adam Stephenson was shortlisted for best new entrant to the industry, and Dawid Croucamp was in the running for most outstanding young tourism manager.
