For the past few days most of Ulverston has been in the grip of Fashion Week, we have seen virtual shop windows (this is where live models are displayed in shop windows), a fashion show, a pamper party and design a tee shirt competition.
The Fashion show was brilliant and if you missed it this year, you must try and get a ticket next year.
The competition for the best designed tee shirts was the brain child of Sue and Victoria Cash of Pretty Things it was open to children between the ages of 7 to 11 years and seven schools took part.
I had to judge the best and I met with the winners to give them their prizes on Saturday morning. The winners were each given a tee shirt and a gift voucher. Well done to everyone who took part.
