POLICE are warning horse owners in North Lancashire to beware following a spate of thefts in the area.
The warning comes after thieves targeted three premises last week and stole various items of riding and equestrian equipment.
One building in Nether Kellet saw equipment, including several saddles worth more than £800, stolen from stables.
