So, it's the big one tonight - international matches don't get any bigger than Andorra away (not).
Yet I see we're not actually playing in Andorra at all, but in neighbouring Barcelona.
Why is it that all these tiny states, like the Faroe Islands, Lichtenstein etc, are now included in European international qualifying tournaments?
The bigger nations they play are on a hiding to nothing against such weak opposition. And the states are either so small that they can't host the matches, or they play on pitches so poor that they'd be an embarrassment in sunday league football.
If England run up a cricket score against Andorra, the critics will say so they should. If, I dread to think, England only win narrowly, they'll be calling for McClaren's head. Either way, they can't win.
