A man has been charged after a boat was reported stolen from Bowness.
Following the report of the theft a Warrior 170 Boat from Bowness in summer 2024, the police investigation identified a suspect.
Local officers worked with the Avon and Somerset Rural Crime Team to arrest the suspect.
They managed to locate and recover the stolen property within seven days of the offence occurring.
As a result of the investigation conducted by the Neighbourhood Policing Team, Joshua Stawrowski, age 32, of Bristol has been charged with theft of the Warrior 170 boat.
Stawrowski will appear before North Cumbria Magistrates Court on December 27.
