ONE lucky Cumbrian has become a millionaire following this month's premium bonds draw.
NS&I announced its high-value winners for December 2024 at the start of this month.
Cumbria was one of two counties to get a million pound win in the December premium bonds draw.
The lucky winner purchased their winning bonds in April of last year.
There were also two Cumbrian winners for the £100,000 prize, purchasing their bonds in December 2021 and September 2023.
As well as this there was also a £25,000 win, as well as a number of other winners for the £10,000 and smaller prizes.
