A Lake District village will be transformed into the perfect 'picture postcard' setting next weekend.
The Hawkshead Christmas Fair will be returning on Saturday, December 7 and Sunday December 8, with both days running from 10am until 4pm.
On the Saturday, the fair will be followed by the annual lantern parade, as well as a carol service.
The event will boast a range of stalls promoting crafts and local produce, as well as a selection of food and drink.
Throughout the weekend, there will be live music and street performers, whilst Santa's grotto will present the ideal festive fun for families.
Additional car parking will be made available in the anticipation of an influx of visitors to the village, which organisers hope will be 'chock a block'.
