A DRIVER has been reported to the courts - after police found he was a disqualified driver whose wagon had not been taxed since 2016.
Eden Response Officers attended a report of a male acting suspiciously at the Spar Garage in Alston yesterday, November 27.
In a statement on social media, Eden police said: "It was discovered that the male had been driving a wagon on the forecourt and checks showed that he was a disqualified driver.
"The vehicle was seized and uplifted, and the driver was reported to court for motoring offences.
"It also turned out that the wagon hadn't been taxed since 2016."
