At Finkle Street, attendees can meet Santa, enjoy a free ride on the tea cups and have creative fun with Ragtag.
Food and drink stalls will also be open from 6pm until 8pm.
Organisers have advised members of the public to access Finkle Street for refreshments due to Market Place having no stalls this year to ensure everyone who joins the parade can enter.
