A church in south Cumbria is readying itself for the return of one of its most popular annual events.
The Parish Church of St Paul just off Main Street in Grange-over-Sands will once again be hosting its Christmas Tree Festival next month.

This will run from Friday, December 6 until Friday, December 27 and will be open daily from 10am until 4pm, besides for services and on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Visitors will be asked to donate on entry to support the church's ongoing fundraising efforts.
The contributions will be split equally between the Barrow Foodbank and a growing fund being used to upgrade the heating system at St Paul's.
