The schedule for the Remembrance Day service and parade in Kendal has been announced.
The commemoration activities will take place on Sunday, November 10, with the Mayor of Kendal Councillor Jonathan Cornthwaite leading the ceremonies.

There will be a number of public commemorations happening throughout the day:

8am: Wreath laying at Romney Gardens

8.45am: Wreath laying at K Village

8.55am: Wreath laying at Gilkes
-
9.30am: Wreath laying at the War Memorial on Market Place

10.15am: Remembrance Day Parade from the Town Hall to Kendal Parish Church for a service beginning at 10.45am
Following the church service, the Mayor of Kendal and the Deputy Lord Lieutenant will take the salute from the uniformed organisations present.
Refreshments will then be available in Kendal Parish Hall for those who wish to join the Mayor there.
